We are proud to be recognised as leaders in specialist and clinical practice across the disability and mental health sectors. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, person-centred care, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Through our Clinical Governance and Practice Excellence frameworks, we ensure that every service we deliver is safe, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of the people we support.
Our Clinical Governance Framework is a system of accountability that drives ongoing improvement in service quality and customer safeguarding. It creates an environment of practice excellence, ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of care.
Led by senior and executive staff across multiple disciplines, our Clinical Governance Committee oversees complex health, behaviour, and mental health forums. These forums guide systemic approaches to safeguarding and promote collaboration across teams to protect and enhance customer wellbeing.
The Practice Excellence team provides expert guidance and frameworks to support optimal practice standards across Vertaview Group entities. Our specialists offer advice in key areas including disability and complex needs, advocacy, physical health, and mental health.
We conduct thorough clinical quality evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and enable the implementation of high-quality, person-centred practices.
Vertaview Group is proud to contribute to national conversations on behaviour support and clinical excellence. Our team regularly presents at leading conferences, including the Association of Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Australia Conference and Direct Support Workers Conference, where our specialists share research on reducing restrictive practices, improving access in regional communities, and embedding cultural responsiveness in support plans.
Acknowledgement of Country
Vertaview Group acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we all work, live and play. We pay our respects to the Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations Peoples. We reflect upon the millions of footprints that are embedded into the earth from our Ancestors, the pathways that were forged, the meaning they leave behind and the continuation of the traditions through the next generations.
Supporting our customers through the NDIS changes (April 2026)
Australia’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is entering a period of significant change. The Australian Government has announced a new way of planning, changes to eligibility and support budgets and stronger safeguards to crack down on fraud and keep the Scheme sustainable long‑term.
Although these changes will be introduced gradually between mid 2026 and 2028, we know change can feel uncertain. Our priority is to support you with clear information, reassurance and guidance every step of the way.
